This piece of art embodies the aura of the California sourced 2019 Cabernet Franc Rosé by Matt Check. This wine was carefully crafted to be dry yet full of flavor. Matt believes Cabernet Franc makes the best Rosé because he fell in love with Loire Valley France Rosé wines and at some point realized all of his favorites were derived from the Cab Franc grape, which made it a clear choice to make a premium quality Rosé that you’d swear wasn’t created in the New World. Its distinguishable character with dry components overlapped with big fruit for a juicy mouth-feel make it the perfect wine to guide you into spring and summer. Brilliant rose gold to the eye with fresh strawberry, lychee, ripe white cranberry, golden raspberries, and dusty earth in the aromas. On the palate, the crisp cranberry & raspberry are complimented by a delicate creamy texture and a slight touch of pepper skin. The color combinations in this artwork make it obvious that spring and summer are coming as it feels like a combination of sunset, beach, and ocean.
